Problems that are not allowed in the production glass
Glass is an indispensable product for our daily life and office, and it is also related to our drinking water health, so its production quality requirements must be strict, and the following problems are not allowed in the production of glass manufacturers.
1. Bubbles
1. Glass glass skin bubbles are not allowed to exist;
2. Thin-skinned bubbles that are broken by squeezing with fingernails or pins are not allowed to exist;
3. There are no more than 3 small bubbles with a diameter of <0.8mm in the range of 20mm*20mm, and the spacing is greater than 50mm, and there are no more than 5 places on each product, and the sample should be sealed if necessary.
2. Stones
1. Unmelted or refractory opaque inclusions in glass;
2. Stones protruding from the surface and sharply scratching the nails are not allowed;
3. Stones with cracks around them are not allowed to exist.
3. Cracks
A crack that extends through the thickness of the glass. Can the bright spot of the crack be visually detected under the inspection lamp? It is not allowed to exist.
Fourth, scratches
A linear wear formed on the surface of the glass, which can be visually observed under the inspection lamp, is not allowed to exist.
Five, stick glass
Glass particles that adhere to the glass surface and cannot be removed, and cannot produce peeling and cracking on the glass surface. The surface of the product is not allowed to have sticky glass. The inner surface of the product can be removed, and there can be no cracks. If necessary, seal the sample.
